How do I submit a work order?
Send it through our online Work Order Request form, or call (509) 779-2222. Our Jacks handle the request, with photo documentation on every order.
Can you replace our in-house maintenance staff?
That's the idea. Our Jacks handle maintenance requests, preventive maintenance, unit turns and repairs, so you get a maintenance department without the payroll of costly in-house staff.
Do you do unit turns?
Yes. We get units ready quickly between tenants, with the repairs, painting, flooring and punch-list work handled by one company, no matter the number of turns.
Can you handle bigger projects at our building?
Yes. As a licensed Washington general contractor (#CENTRWP903P9), we also handle commercial roofing, flooring, painting, tenant improvements and remodels, and water, fire and storm damage repairs.
Is your electrical work residential only?
Yes. Our electrical work is residential only. On commercial buildings our Jacks handle the maintenance, repairs and construction, not the wiring.
