From foundations to roofs, we build, replace, renew or restore just about any home or commercial building. Besides roofing, flooring and residential electrical, we handle handyman repairs, drywall, painting, concrete, remodeling, new construction, property restoration, commercial facility maintenance, maintenance for property managers, and REO / mortgage field services.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. For commercial buildings we handle roof repair and replacement, flooring, facility maintenance, property restoration, remodeling and repairs. Our electrical work is residential only.
Do you repair roofs, or only replace them?
We do both. Our Jacks handle roof repairs: leaks, flashing, vents and pipe boots, wind-lifted or missing shingles, skylights, and loose metal panels. We also put on new metal and comp (asphalt shingle) roofs, so you deal with one company from start to finish.
Do you install flooring?
Yes. We install LVP (luxury vinyl plank), carpet, tile, linoleum, carpet tile and VCT, and we repair and re-stretch carpet and fix subfloors, for homes, rentals and commercial spaces. We also sell Marquis flooring, MSI tile and Tarkett carpet.

What are the signs my roof needs a repair?
Water stains on ceilings, shingles that are curled, lifted or missing, granules collecting in the gutters, cracked rubber boots around vent pipes, and metal-panel screws that have backed out. Central Washington wind, snow and summer sun all speed up this wear, so a small repair now usually prevents a bigger leak later.
What roofing types do you work on?
Metal roofs and comp roofs (composition shingle, also called asphalt shingle). That covers homes, cabins, manufactured homes, shops and barns, and commercial buildings.
How much flooring do I need?
For LVP and tile, multiply each room's length by its width in feet, add the rooms together, then add about 10% for cuts and waste. Carpet comes on 12 ft rolls, so it needs more extra. Our online Flooring Calculator works out both.
Do you do electrical work?
Yes, residential electrical: panels and service changes, new circuits and outlets, lighting and ceiling fans, troubleshooting, inspection corrections, and remodel or new-home wiring. We pull permits when a job needs one. Our electrical work is residential only.
