Ice dams force melting snow back under shingles and into walls and ceilings. We find the source, repair the roof and interior, and help document the damage for your insurance claim.

Yes. We've worked with most insurance companies and know how to communicate with them. We document the damage, provide a written repair scope, work alongside your adjuster, and we can bill your insurance company directly.
Do you negotiate my insurance claim?
No. You stay in control of your claim. In Washington, only a licensed public adjuster can negotiate a claim on your behalf; we provide the documentation and do the repairs.
What kinds of damage do you repair?
We rebuild after water, fire and storm damage, from a single room up to a full rebuild from the foundation: drywall, flooring, framing, residential electrical, roofs, siding and finish work. We don't do water extraction and drying, or smoke and odor cleaning; we come in after the dry-out or mitigation and rebuild.
Do you repair ice dam damage?
Yes. An ice dam is a ridge of ice along the edge of a roof that can back melting snow up under the shingles and let water into the attic, ceiling and walls. We repair the damage it leaves behind: the roof edge, wet insulation, and the ceiling and drywall, plus paint. We document the damage for your adjuster and can bill your insurance company directly. We don't do water extraction and drying; we come in after the dry-out and rebuild.
Do you do board-ups and tarping?

Do you do mold remediation?
Yes. We do mold remediation, then rebuild the drywall, flooring and framing that were affected, so one company handles the job from start to finish.
Do you repair commercial properties?
Yes. We repair water, fire and storm damage on commercial and multifamily buildings. Our electrical work is residential only, so on commercial buildings we handle the construction repairs, not the wiring.
