Tim's Story
Tim Melton started C.W.P.R., LLC in August 2010. The first years were property preservation: securing, cleaning out and repairing foreclosed homes for banks and mortgage servicers, known as REO work.
That meant repairs of every kind, on every kind of building. In 2015 we took that experience into residential and commercial construction and became The Jacks of All Trades.
Today the trades are under one roof: roofing, residential electrical, flooring, decks and siding, painting, remodeling, garages and new homes. Crews change over the years. Tim is the constant.

Yes. Our electrical work is residential only, under our residential electrical contractor license. On commercial jobs we handle the construction, not the wiring.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. We repair and remodel offices, retail, multifamily and commercial buildings, and handle work orders for facility and property managers.
