Yes, small jobs are welcome. Our Jacks hang TVs and pictures, install Starlink, hang screen doors, repair decks, patch drywall and fix sticking doors, and we are a licensed general contractor, so full projects are no problem either. If you have several small items, send them all in one request.
What kinds of repairs do your Jacks handle?

Can you work through a home inspection or punch list?
Yes, it's a big part of what we do. We work through punch lists from home inspection reports and do pre-listing repairs for sellers and real estate agents, to help get the house ready to list or close.
Do you do electrical repairs too?

Do you maintain rentals and commercial buildings?
Yes. We handle rental property maintenance and commercial building maintenance, including work orders, unit turns and preventive maintenance. Property managers and facility managers can submit a work order online.
